I also specialize in creating beautiful dimensional Hair Color from natural to bold results with cruelty-free ammonia-free hair color.

 

I’ve been Hairdressing for over 20 years & have had a passion for Hairstyling for over 30 years! I learned Advanced Hair Color Theory, Vidal Sassoon, & Yosh based Haircutting Techniques Assisting the Owner, Ann Brewer. When I’m not in her Salon, I’m in my Petaluma Salon Suite, Hair by Monica Studio or Educating Color, Hair Care & Styling for KEVIN MURPHY.

 

I do my best to be environmentally conscious in my life inside & outside the salon. I am a Green Circle Salons Certified Stylist, which allows me to recycle: hair clippings, color tubes, excess color, foils, & other salon waste that can’t be recycled with the local disposal company & would end up in a landfill. I only use cruelty-free products in the salon. I enjoy talking with my clients about ways that we can live more sustainable lives to live beautifully.

 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family & friends. I enjoy being outdoors hiking, camping, wine tasting, & traveling to as many places as possible. I love a good cup of coffee & listening to audiobooks, podcasts, & a variety of music. I am a member of the Sonoma County Professional Women, Petaluma Women in Business, Petaluma Polka Dot Powerhouse, & the Past Member of the Petaluma Mothers Club & San Rafael Rotary.
