Ann began her career training under Tad, formerly a stylist and trainer at Yosh For Hair. This rigorous training provided the foundation for her high-quality and creative work. She specializes in precision and creative cutting, advanced color, color correction and Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy. In 2001 she opened Brewer-Phillips Hair Design, a Pacific Sun Hall of Fame award-winning salon.

Ann holds a degree in Psychology from Dominican University and takes a great interest in getting to know her clients as individuals. She is a careful listener and works hard to create a style that fits the personality and lifestyle needs of each client.

Brewer-Phillips frequently hosts continuing education events to inspire other stylists and to maintain its position as a leader in the industry. Ann’s one-on-one and enthusiastic approach to teaching and training new stylists has created a coveted and successful Assistants Program.

Brewer-Phillips Hair Design reflects Ann’s passion for creative growth. This is reflected in a fashion-forward and customized approach to the clients’ needs, all in a warm and friendly environment.
